Billing & refunds

For billing questions or refund requests, include your order ID if you have one. Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Data deletion & privacy requests

You can delete your account and all data from Settings, or email us. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.

If you have an urgent safety concern related to your account or data, put β€œSafety” in the subject line and we will prioritize it. If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services first.
